- Register online to take part in the Free Bone Scan (REMS).
- Eligible participants will receive a WhatsApp message or phone call from ReGen Hospital within three (3) working days to arrange an appointment.
- Attend your scheduled appointment at ReGen Hospital, Section 13, Petaling Jaya for the Free Bone Scan.
Terms and Conditions
1. This FREE REMS Bone Scan is only applicable to Malaysians aged 45 to 80.
2. Any rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of the free bone scan entitlement.
3. Eligible participants are selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Participants will receive a call or WhatsApp message from ReGen Hospital within 3 working days for appointment booking.
5. ReGen Hospital reserves the right to reject participants with incomplete or incorrect registration details.
6. ReGen Hospital reserves full rights and discretion over any matters relating to this Free Bone Scan.
7. Valid until 30 January 2026.

Who should get a bone scan and why is it important?
A bone scan is recommended for adults aged 45 and above, especially those with osteoporosis or osteopenia, a history of falls or fractures, bone or joint pain, posture changes, or a family history of fractures. It is particularly important for women aged 45 and above, as osteoporosis is very common after menopause and often develops without obvious symptoms. Early screening helps detect weak bones and reduce the risk of fractures and long-term disability.
Is the scan painful or uncomfortable?
No. The scan is painless, non-invasive, and does not involve needles or injections.
Does the REMS bone scan involve radiation?
No. REMS uses ultrasound technology and involves 0 radiation, making it safe for repeated use.
Do I need to fast before the scan?
No fasting is required. You may eat and drink normally before your REMS scan.
How long does the scan take and when will I get the results?
The scan usually takes about 15–20 minutes, and your results will be reviewed on the same day with a FREE consultation.
What happens after the scan?
Based on your results, our medical team will explain your bone health status and advise on the appropriate next steps, if any.
