Job Scope:
- Provide nursing care and monitor patient condition
- Administer medication and assist with wound care
- Support doctors and therapists during procedures
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain patient records accurately
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing with Post Basic Certification in a relevant specialty
- A recognized Degree in Nursing is an added advantage
- Must possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare-related acts, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage resources effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of staff
- Male nurses are encouraged to apply
Job Scope:
- Assist patients during therapy and exercises
- Support with mobility, walking, and transfers
- Prepare and clean therapy equipment
- Help maintain patient comfort and safety
- Report patient concerns to nurse/therapist
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Basic training or certification in healthcare will be an added advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
- Caring, patient, and committed to delivering excellent support to patients and nursing staff
Job Scope:
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
- Provide accurate info about hospital services and procedures
- Ensure responses follow hospital policies and healthcare regulations
- Support patients and internal staff with empathy and professionalism
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or sales-related industry
- Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin is a bonus
Job Scope:
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Understand and fulfill patients’ needs before, during, and after treatment
- Show empathy and provide clear, supportive communication
- Help patients navigate services and handle feedback with care
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or sales-related roles
- Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin preferred
