1. General Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to ReGen Hospital Sdn Bhd. (formerly known as Regen Rehabilitation International Sdn Bhd), including all its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliated internet sites referencing these e-Shop Terms & Conditions.

1.2 By accessing this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website. The site reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time.  

1.3 Changes will be effective when posted on the side with no other notice provided. Please check these terms and conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1.4 ReGen Hospital may change product offerings, prices, and stock quantities at any time without notice.

2. Online Purchase of Health Screening Products

2.1 Products are available for online purchase only via www.regen.rehab.

2.2 Purchases are non-refundable and not exchangeable for other items, packages, medications, or services.

2.3 Multiple package purchases and group purchases are allowed.

2.4 Purchases are transferable upon request by the original purchaser.

2.5 Validity periods are based on individual products as stated.

2.6 Payment must be made via this website only.

2.7 Non-Malaysian citizens and Red IC holders are subject to a 6% SST, payable at the registration counter at ReGen Hospital.

2.8 ReGen’s health screening tests, packages, and promotions do not apply to individuals below 18 years of age.

2.9 An official receipt will be issued upon completion of the health screening.

3. Redemption of Health Screening Products

3.1 Upon successful purchase, our customer service team will contact you within 1–3 working days to schedule an appointment, or you may book directly by contacting ReGen Hospital at 019-9839448 or emailing us at hs@regen.rehab.

3.2 Please provide the following details for the appointment booking:

  • Full name (as per NRIC)
  • NRIC number
  • Contact details
  • Preferred screening date
  • Purchase Order ID

3.3 Appointments must be made at least 5 working days in advance.

3.4 If the appointment is under a different name than the purchaser, please inform our customer service staff.

3.5 The terms and redemption period for the purchased product may differ depending on the product, as stated in the terms and conditions for each product.

3.6 Proof of purchase is required when booking an appointment and at the registration counter.

3.7 Additional charges may apply if the doctor recommends additional tests or procedures.

3.8 Preparation instructions will be provided before your appointment.

3.9 To receive a copy of your official receipt, please inform the cashier on the day of your screening.

4. Refund, Cancellation and Exchange Policy

4.1 ReGen Hospital may, at its discretion, allow cancellations, exchanges or refunds on a case-by-case basis.  

  • Cancellation requests must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing an order.
  • All products on the website are offered subject to availability.

4.2 All requests must be submitted via email to hs@regen.rehab.

4.3 Any cancellation that has been approved will be subject to an administration charge, and it will take at least 14 days to process the refund.

5. Discount Voucher Codes

5.1 Voucher codes are valid only on www.regen.rehab.

5.2 A valid code must be entered at the shopping cart/checkout page to redeem the discount voucher code.

5.3 Usage conditions:

  • Discount voucher codes can only be used by registered customers.
  • Each user ID can only use one discount voucher code.
  • Each discount voucher code is limited to one-time use only.
  • Once a voucher code has expired, it cannot be replaced.

5.4 ReGen Hospital reserves the right to cancel or modify any order or revoke voucher use for any reason, including:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity.
  • Voucher abuse, such as the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers
  • Not valid on other promotional products.
  • Improper use or redemption of the voucher code.
  • Inability to use or redeem a voucher code.
  • Not redeemable for cash

6. How to Redeem Your Voucher Code

6.1 Select your desired health screening product(s) at www.regen.rehab/shop/.

6.2 Proceed to the ‘Cart’ page by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner.

6.3 Enter your voucher code in the designated field and click ‘Apply’.
