1. Validity: The online price is valid until 31/12/2026 for online purchases only.

3. Cancel & Refund Policy: Order cancellation is subject to case-by-case approval. All approved refunds will be subject to a 3% deduction for payment gateway and administration fees. 
4. Tax: Non-Malaysian citizens and Red IC holders are subject to a 6% SST, payable at the ReGen Hospital registration counter.
5. Eligibility & Medical Advice: Not applicable to individuals under 18. Individuals with serious medical conditions (e.g., end-stage renal failure or undergoing cancer treatment) should consult ReGen Hospital before purchasing.
