Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: The online price is valid until 31/12/2026 for online purchases only.
2. Redemption: Valid for redemption at ReGen Hospital ONLY within one (1) month from the purchase date. PWP items follow the same redemption period as their associated package. [Click here to view redemption steps].
3. PWP Policy: PWP add-ons are offered with selected packages. The quantity of each PWP add-on purchased cannot exceed the number of screening packages purchased.
4. Cancel & Refund Policy: Order cancellation is subject to case-by-case approval. All approved refunds will be subject to a 3% deduction for payment gateway and administration fees. 
5. Tax: Non-Malaysian citizens and Red IC holders are subject to a 6% SST, payable at the ReGen Hospital registration counter.
6. Eligibility & Medical Advice: Not applicable to individuals under 18. Individuals with serious medical conditions (e.g., end-stage renal failure or undergoing cancer treatment) should consult ReGen Hospital before purchasing.
7. General: Official receipts will be issued upon completion of the health screening. Free gifts are available while stocks last. ReGen Hospital reserves the right to amend these terms at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
